I just purchased my 2012 Chevy Silverado on 2-18-17. It was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. They gave me a great deal and it didn't take them all day to do it. I hate dealing with pushy sales staff that only care about making the sale no matter what. Jr. Byrd was the most laid back, easy going sales guy that I have ever dealt with. It was like hanging out at the hunting camp and talking about trucks. Not to mention all of the chips, Pepsi, balloons, and popcorn that he gave my daughters. The financing lady was great also. She gets to the point, gets the job done, and gets you on your way. She doesn't try to push you into something that you don't want. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends.

This dealership's telephone system could seriously stand for an update. Talked with a salesman who was going to email us a window sticker on a new $50,000 truck and we have not heard from him since. Left a message with another salesman who said he would give the message to him. Left a voicemail and still no response. We will take our new truck business elsewhere! Bye-bye!
