went on line to look at mustang,then was called day after day to come by.was working 7 days a week so finely got off a sat.went by drove car.gave all my info .she said call you Tomorrow. never got called.had trade but i think when you don't have cash down payment your put on bottom of list.going to Chris myers next time.bye bye!
The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was very upside down on my trade in, and they helped me get out from under it with a beautiful new Chevy Malibu. My one complaint is the salesman was not very knowledgeable about the car he sold me. He told me it was identical to the one I test drove when he went to pick it up from their Atmore location because the one I test drove was already sold. However, after I signed all of the papers and got home (1.5 hours away) I found that my Malibu did not have the remote start feature like the one I test drove. I called and told them, and he apologized saying it was his mistake, but they did nothing to try and make it right. Lesson learned: pay attention to every little minor detail.
