only went here because it was the only place i found that was open on a monday. my fiance just wanted his head shaved. we got home and he had long hairs all over his head and she didn't even bother to do his neck. really didn't have the time to go back and got no receipt so i guess we're out of $15 for a 3 minute cut. ended up sitting outside with kitchen scissors to try to fix it. didn't think we needed to thoroughly inspect his head before we left, but i was wrong.
The company need to ever close this store or hire better workers. Very poor customer service. Never have more than one stylist working. I did a walk in and the lady told me she was booked and can't wait on me. I will never go back there.

Maybe had they not closed early this past week they wouldn't be OVERBOOKED OR WHATEVER. SEEMS IF THEY ARE RUSHED THEN THE HAIRCUT YOU GET WOULDNT BE UP TO PAR. JUST SAYING.. I AGREE IT IS NOT WORTH THE 1 STAR.
This whole store sucks!!! Rather go to Daphne Wal-Mart.
I have been to this store twice this week at 4:30. And the screen was down and lights were off. I went in on Sat and they were VERY RUDE acted like they didn't want to wait on me. They said the wait was 2 to 3 hours.
