I went in late in the morning and had to wait 2 hrs but when I got in, the doctor was very good. (Female) Got a steroid shot and cough meds and feel so much better

Ridiculous! My baby was sick with fever, sore throat and coughing. I took her to urgent care on Bay Minette. The Dr. Spriggs Said she just had a cold. He is very rude and dry. He refused to do strep or flu tests, stating she didn't have symptoms of either. We left with a prescription for cough medicine Saturday . Today is Monday and I just left her pediatrician. She now has scarlet fever from untreated strep throat. He doesn't need to practice. I will NEVER give them my business again!!

They have always treated me and my family great! Making sure we had everything and made sure my daughter had excuses for school. Even when i forgot to get her one they sent one to me! So ill use it anytime when needed!
